What We Do
Over one year, Kingdom Impact integrates missional learning, spiritual formation, and ministry practice.
Missional Learning
Twelve modules explore the missional foundations of faith and ministry, including the Missio Dei, a missional reading of Scripture, missional leadership, discipleship, and the relationship between Gospel and culture. View the curriculum.
Spiritual Formation
Young leaders grow together through Scripture, prayer, and honest conversation, attentive to the Spirit’s work of forming them into the people God calls them to be.
Ministry Practice and Reflection
Each young leader completes 100 hours of ministry in their own church and community and reflects on that experience with others, bringing practice and theology into conversation.
Resources for the Journey
Throughout the journey, young leaders have access to module outlines, class materials, and learning resources that support their study between classes.
