Statement of Faith
Kingdom Impact stands within the historic Christian faith as summarized in the Apostles’ and Nicene Creeds. We believe:
- The Triune God. There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the Creator and Sustainer of all things.
- The Holy Scriptures. The Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, fully trustworthy, and the supreme authority for faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16–17).
- Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to the Father, and will return in glory.
- Salvation. All people have sinned and need reconciliation with God. Salvation is the gift of God’s grace, received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8–10).
- The Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, gives new life to those who believe, dwells within them, and empowers the church for holy living, witness, and service.
- The Church. The church is the body of Christ, made up of all who believe, and is expressed in local congregations called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission.
- The Mission of God. God calls his people to participate in his mission, proclaiming and demonstrating the Gospel of the Kingdom in word and deed among all peoples (Matthew 28:18–20).
- The Hope of Restoration. Christ will return to judge the living and the dead and to restore all things (Acts 3:21; Revelation 21:5). We look forward to the resurrection of the body and the renewal of all creation in the new heavens and the new earth.
