The Program

Six Stages, One Year

  1. Orientation

The year begins by forming a community. The young leaders meet one another and the Kingdom Impact team, are introduced to the rhythms of the program, and affirm together the commitments that will shape the year.

  2. Two-Week IntensiveSummer

Two weeks in the summer of concentrated teaching, worship, and fellowship. Together they step away from the ordinary pace of life to learn together, pray together, and build the friendships that sustain the journey.

  3. Learning Season IFall

The modules begin. Young leaders study the foundations of the mission of God, missional thought leadership, and strategic thinking, learning together in community.

  4. Learning Season IISpring

Young leaders complete the remaining modules, drawing together Scripture, theology, and practice as they consider the fruit of the year.

  5. Ministry Practice

Young leaders complete 100 hours of ministry in their local church and community, applying what they have learned and reflecting on that experience with others, so that learning and practice shape each other.

  6. Commissioning and Sending

At the conclusion of the year, the young leaders are commissioned and sent out to continue serving where God has placed them, participating in his mission in their church and community and equipping others to do the same.
